Gurgaon is known as that tech-hub in India that is developing like no other cities in India. Observation revealed that there is a 15 per cent increase in population every year recorded in Gurgaon. Prime business locations have a high rental rate for commercial properties.

There are several low-cost home projects in Gurgaon pipe lined for the next few years. Some are independent homes and others apartments. For whom under normal circumstances affording a home in posh Mumbai is nearly impossible. 
One of the remarkable low-cost housing projects in Gurgaon was proposed by the Falcon Realty Services. The proposal was made in 2009 with the lay-out of over 35 acres that would offer 360-square feet single bedroom apartments for Rs 5.5 lakhs. The Phase-I of the project Gulmohar Woods involve construction of 2,500 residential units for the middle and low-income families. The second phase would involve construction of luxury apartments, villas, farmhouses, and a global business centre part of the commercial designs in Gurgaon.

These projects changed the concept of affordable living in Gurgaon to a great extent. They have attracted residents who are willing to have a budget lifestyle with all the modern facilities. 
Vatika Next – There are apartments that begins with Rs 12 lakhs onwards and up to Rs 16 lakhs. 
ILD Spire Greens, Sector 37 C – Rents are from Rs 12,000 onwards and ownership from Rs 17 lakhs.
Siddharth Laguna Oaks, Sector 95 – They offer 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments with Rs 23 lakhs onwards.
In the Raheja Vedanta, Sector 108, apartments are priced between Rs 20 lkahs- 35 lakhs. 
All complexes by the Falcon Realty group – Most modern studio apartments are priced at Rs 5.5 lakhs- Rs 10 lakhs with 550- 650 square feet.
